I made this the other night at the bakery. This was an order that we had. a little campground theme, if you can't tell.
Ever hear the saying, "Never trust a skinny chef"? Well, I'm skinny and I bake. You can trust me.

A few of my creations...
I made these for my sister's baby shower. Little onesies, baby carriages, teddy bears, and rocking horses. Lots and lots of cookies.

Chocolate Coke Cake
My great aunt used to make this ever so delicious chocolate coke cake. I have completely forgotten about it until recently. I found this while wandering about online. So here is my documented experience. A little side note, the recipe calls for pecans in the chocolate glaze. My thoughts are to add them. I forgot to buy them. It is still good without them but they would add a little texture.
This is the beginning cake batter mixture.

Chocolate glaze heating on the stove.

The baked cake pitcure.
